WREXHAM AND FLINTSHIRE BUSINESSES URGED TO RESPOND TO TOURISM SURVEY

 

North Wales Assembly Member Mark Isherwood is calling on businesses in Flintshire and Wrexham to respond to an online survey aimed at gaining feedback from tourist businesses in Wales.  

Questions such as how more people could be attracted into the area and whether businesses are getting enough support from the Welsh Government feature in the survey launched by the Welsh Conservatives, following criticism of the Welsh Government’s lack of engagement with industry experts. The survey will be open for six weeks.

The penultimate stage of a consultation on tourism in Wales - following a series of community engagement forums in 2013/14 and a twitter-driven campaign aimed at the public - the online survey seeks insights on a range of issues.
